OZONE
I was lying out in the garden today reading the "How to Outsmart the Mid Life Fat Cell" - and enjoying the feel of the sun as it bathed my skin in warmth. The sky was blue and a gentle breeze was felt as jasmine, and basil fragrances reached my nose and tickled my brain. Only for a moment did I think about the harmful effects of the sun and how sad it was that we can no longer enjoy the sun's rays for prolonged periods at a time due to the lack of OZONE - thanks to man.
Then I thought, cancer or no cancer, I am going to pass from this life anyway so I am going to enjoy this day, basking out in the sun.

why stop at that, i can think of at least one excersise that can go well with a good spanking and help to beat the fat cells!
talking of sun, what a lovely day it was here in leeds yesterday. at lunch time i headed out for a drive to find a fish and chip shop in the country somewhere, and ended up having lunch at my parents 65 miles away! but i get half way there and the sun turns to clouds, the clouds to rain and the rain to thunder and lightning. i'm told it was still hot and sunny here as well. i should never have left the house!

honest: Yes, moderation would be the key, however, my person has never really know the meaning or application of moderation and that is where I get into trouble. I will try to practice this though .. this moderation.

it was very good leaving the house, it delayed my oncoming insanity for one day at least!!! pity the sun couldn't travel with me though, for my house faces east and i only see the sun until midday, which isn't good when you're up until all hours replying to blogs and then you end up sleeping in a little!!
